XFLD Results
Well here I am, at the end of a very difficult and extreme exercise and eating plan. I am not going to say it was easy beacause it wasn't, but, I stuck to it and got the results that I wanted. The hardest day, other than feeling uncomfortable on the cheat day, was usually the end of the fast day. But the thought of day 25 was so strong that I carried on to my results day. So how did I do, well I lost 9lbs in weight, 24.4 inches and 8.74% bodyfat, all in 25 days. I feel awesome this morning and will carry on until I get to the point where I am happy with the way I look. I'm not going to carry on with this plan but do a more relaxed version of it. So if anyone wants to have a go at it go to Joel Marions Extreme Fat Loss Diet and try it for yourself, remember it's not for everyone but if you do have a go you will be pleased with the results, as I am.

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet
Well for the last 15 days I have been following Joel Marions Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. Wow is it hardcore, but I am getting some fantastic results already.
After trying Joel's previous plan 'Cheat Your Way Thin' I have a lot of respect for this guy, so when the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet was released I was sure to jump on board and try it for myself. Tomorrow is a stats day but upto now I have lost 6lbs and 15 inches, (thats in just 15 days). Areas that I have measured from are the chest, bust, waist, navel, hips, bum, thigh, calf and arm. I am not going to pretend that it's been an easy plan to follow but the results are there for all to see. You have to exercise everyday to get the best results but the routines are quick to get through and are enjoyable. You do different types of training on each day, but everything is explained in detail and all routines are described in detail. You do get a lot for your money and to get these results makes it so much more satisfying.
I only ever recommend exercise plans to others (which aren't mine) when I believe in something whole heartedly and with this plan I am very impressed. So if you are wanting to get rid of some unsitely bodyfat and you think you can stick with the eating plan give it a try. I will be posting my final results after day 25, so only 10 days to go.
